6 Questions almost ALWAYS asked during a job interview

Don't be caught off guard, preparing for a job interview is KEY to getting a job offer. Here are 6 of the most commonly asked questions:

 1) "Tell me about your greatest accomplishment on the job"

 2) "Tell me about a time where you were required to work with a difficult person. How did you handle the situation? What was the outcome?"

 3) "What was the biggest mistake you've made on the job? How did you handle the failure?"

 4) "Why are you looking to leave your current position?"

 5) "If I asked a co-worker about you, how would they describe you on-the-job?"

 6) "What do you want to get out of your next job?" These questions are behavioral questions. This means there is no one-word response you can give like 'yes' or 'no'.

These questions are crucial because the hiring manager is assessing how you answer these questions.
