It is with great honour that i welcome every interested participant to this stream of the ICLR language sponsorship program. The program has been met with great success in  preceding sessions, however this session promises to be of more impact with the addition of new languages like Japanese, Dutch, Italian and Farsi.  The ICLR Language Initiative Program is a first-class program that was initiated by Briggs Group during a visit to The Republic of Gambia. It was noticed that although Gambia should be an English-speaking country, many of the citizens could hardly speak any English. 

Bill Charlton was contacted who was a former associate and teacher a former associate and teacher and with other professionals they devised a method of language teaching that was unique and effective. This was to be done without using of books, taking down notes and memorizing. The program began to gather sponsors and grow to where it is today
